Water under carpet, under the driver side rear set

I was running wire for backup camera and when i lifted up the carpet under rear seat (on the drivers side) i found it to be very wet.. I was wondering if anyone else has come across this problem? i am going to the dealer in two weeks to have it looked at.. My truck is a 2010 sport crew cab and i have a power sliding rear window..

I bet they will run a bead of silicone around the 3rd brake light. There is a RRT out on that.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the 3rd brake could be the problem as JJ stated above.

There had to be a better solution than silicone on the 3rd brake light.

They tried to do this RRT on my truck last year. Umm........no.......I don't want a nice silicone mess on my 3rd. and I hope that none of the cores I get back (from tinting) have silicone all over them.

Thanks guys.. I bet you are right because i have noticed condensation in the third brake light.
