Weird cord disconnected

Over the holidays i got heated seats installed but since iv noticed a cord disconnected tht goes through a loop in my middle bench seat in the front.it feels like it goes down under the seat over to the passenger side and not sure after that? I will post a picture when i got a second in my truck.

take it back to the shop that installed them have them diagnose it. any reputable shop should have a warranty on their work
