Weird running board question!

so just picked up a 2019 ram classic 4x4 quad cab. Didn’t come with running boards so I when and night my own. Iconic 3in 90 degree stainless running boards. In there instructions they describe the first plate that mouths to the truck to have 3 studs coming out of just above the pinch weld..

They are nowhere to be found! They just are not there at all.

What do I do!!??

How do I put them in!?? Is it a dealer thing??

Attached is a picture of the missing bolt ends and the picture of what it’s supposed to look like pictured on the instructions!

I would call the company and see what they suggest.

Maybe the issue is that should you have bought the ones for a 2018 RAM? The 19 classic is technically a 4th gen, your instructions say 2019 RAM which is the 5th gen.
