Westin HDX Drop Nerf Bars on Rebel

I just installed these on my 2023 Rebel Lunar Edition. Install wasn’t too bad, just took a bit to get the brackets all aligned with the bars.

I have a set on my PW too...

I like them a lot, but after 2 winters the plates were rusting out badly.
I replaced the plates this spring with a set of Stainless Steel ones that I coated with black bedliner.
( hint- when replacing them I used some nylon washers as a spacer between the plates and the boards to make a little more space for water/snow to run out instead of getting trapped in there...)

Yeah, I was thinking of having the plates coated when I get a Line-X bedliner.
