I made some wheel spacers from a set of discs I got from work. Took an angle grinder and cut off the face of the disc and cleaned them up. I installed them this evening before leaving the shop and no more rubbing :)
Between grinding a bit of the uca and the diy wheel spacers I now have 1/2 inch of clearance. Tomorrow I tackle the back. Just going to trim the inner fender until I can get spacers made for the back.

It's been a while since I've last posted and don't remember what I had finished. The latest changes have been 05 pcm swap, relocating the gas tank, billet wheels and a larger radiator.

The rear tires are 295/50-20 on a 20×10 rim. The radiator is a 69 427 camaro. I made adaptor brackets to mount the radiator to the oem mousting holes. Takes some trimming, but the end product fits nicely. The 05 manual trans pcm I'm using is a rare bird and took some effort to find. I have a stand alone trans.

I now have every single part on order to do a complete rework of the front end of the truck to take it down another inch or so. Every single part or bushing in the front end will be pretty much brand new.

I've got 2 questions for the day..
1- who knows where I can get suspension parts with grease-able fittings? because I'm tired of this squeaking.
2- who knows of a place where I can get my '02 headlights retrofitted?

The walmart stuff is cheaper quality there's a reason part stores won't match their price tags on fluids. They get there stuff a lot cheaper for a reason.
