Had a busy morning. I Am really satisfied with my setup. 6k Hids in the headlights, 6k leds in the fogs, and stage series dyode dynamics light bar in the factory tow hook location. Leds and hids are from vanquish auto. Light bars i picked up from someone on the forum. I have not driven at night with the truck. By the looks i should be able to see very well now.

Based on a description on line, I took a run at the Naches Trail...unfortunately way too narrow for a full sized truck, was able to find a spot to turn around and get back to FS 70. Next up to Pryamid Peak for amazing views. Finally hooked up with FS 19 and down the little Naches River to highway 410 and back home. Truck is good and dirty, but all the underside parts are still in order.

To be honest I don’t like splicing into wires. So i just wired it as the wiring harness came. I think with the leds and hids i should have enough light, but the light bars will give me that little extra when i need it.

Nice...I've had DD lightbars and headlight elements waiting for installation since January! I really need to get to 'em now that the days are finally getting shorter (I'm a fall and winter kind of guy).

Time to update your avatar with the new light package...show us some pics with 'em on, too!

You are right. I will find a nice dark area and take some pics.

The 16 lb brisket was INCREDIBLE!!!
Labor day weekend, I will be doing another one and an 18 lb deep fried turkey. This time, I'll be putting everything on a trailer since im bringing the kids carbide 150cc side by side. I was given the side by side by a family member for redoing his chimney on a brand new home, which leaked on to his gas insert fireplace from day one. Total cost of materials $53.34....and about 2 hours of my time (including using my ladders and scaffolding). The machine has only 9 hours on it and is so new, the tires still have the "hair" on them and the engine still has all the factory stickers on it. Perfect machine for the kids as it'll do 45-50 mph.
