I did something unlike me today.

I used my truck.


As a truck...


Used it to haul my new-to-me work bench home from work. Its the retired "show crate" that was sent to nearly every gun show world wide for the last 15 years - this thing must have 2.1 billion miles of travel on it by now.




With the tailgate down, it just fit - there is like 2" before it falls off the edge of the tailgate. #shortboxproblems

Going to take the front panel off, cut it in half and make it a "barn door" style door for opening, so I can store parts/tools inside it.

Yeah me either, I bought the 3rd gen dodge letters off of eBay, they are hard to find, I'm gonna pull these caravan letters off and put the 3rd gen letters on lol.

Just got a notice that my retroshop led projector fogs arrived at home. Fast shipping from JJ.....now to work up the courage to install this evening in the driveway with single digit windchills. Layers layers and more layers.

Well since at the moment i havent changed out the radio from my 3.0 i added this $9 device sent from heaven!






it lets me have bluetooth calling and streaming through the radios AUX port and is powered off of usb so it comes on with the truck and is set and ready to go, absolutely love it, better quality than my old 5.0 had in my 2014!


with its size and location, it lets me have virtually a remote for the oem radio when streaming too

I had a similar one that I paid way more than $9 for in my 1500. Worked pretty good for the most part. The one problem I had was, I always have a water bottle with a straw with me. If it was empty, it would pick up the tapping of the straw on the bottle. It wasn't noticeable to me in the truck, but it could be heard on the other end.

And for people wondering, the 5" tips do make a noticeable difference in depth of sound.

So far I am loving it, i will see how drone is on my highway drive to work.
