Royal Purple Oil Change

Oil changed to Redline 5w20 with a Royal Purple 10-48 filter.....

Ive been watching my oil pressure and it seems to be acting a little differently after the change - so far nobody has given me good answers. Im in the 40s at start up - get into mid to high 50s on acceleration - its acting like Im low on oil (at least how it was acting when I was a quart low a few weeks ago)....Just a curiosity - and I too am **** about this stuff like others on here - only reason its even a 'thing' is this is the first time I have ever used Redline - and its not API approved.

You might simply need to add some more oil. I know I'm real good at looking for the complex answer when the simple one will fix a problem.

Added a MOPAR locking gas cap and inserted the old cap’s lanyard. Piece of mind, piece of cake and 2 minute install.

Hawkman - Pics look great. :happy107:

Thank you.

As for me just fueled up the 2012. :sleepy10:

What do I think? I think I need a new black Rebel. :roflsquared:

Honestly can say I was not a fan of the look when they came out in the 2015 model year. They have truly grown on me and this all black screamed out "TAKE ME HOME"!!! :happy107:

Found out that one of the wheels I just bought is bent. So trying to figure out how to either fix it or get a replacement.

The one I saw online didn't look like it had a hole for the lanyard. Did you have to make the hole yourself?

Installed Diode Dynamics HID kit on my 2017 Rebel. Didn’t drive at night yet so can’t comment on brightness. At least I can tell that the 5k bulbs match almost perfectly with the oem LED fogs.

Nice. I'm just wondering why you need the locking gas cap? Do people in your area put things in your gas tank?

The reason I ask is I believe modern vehicles have an anti-siphon device in the filler tube.

Had something punch a hole in one of my rear tires at lunch. Within 100 yrds of pulling in to my parking lot at work, I'd already lost 12 psi. Guess I'll get to change a tire on this truck for the first time and get serious about replacing the stockers.

I don't want anyone but me getting into my tank, whether they attempt to extract or add. :3639243774_5f528137
