What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

Replaced my driver side fog housing and both fog bulbs. The other night, one of the HID bulbs popped out of the socket, tipped upwards and melted the housing and then itself. I either didn't turn the bulb all the way into the socket when I installed them or it worked itself loose over the past three years.

$35 for a housing from RockAuto and $40 for a new pair of bulbs from Retroshop and I'm good to go. Made damn sure the bulbs were fully twisted in.

At the tire shop... Tire could not be fixed. Had one large hole, then a second smaller hole about a half inch away. So, in a crunch, ended up going with Pathfinder All-Terrains in stock size.

The Pathfinder tire is a Hankook brand made for Discount Tire... At least that's what the dude told me.

I was hoping for a couple more paychecks before replacing tires and was going to go with a bigger size. But, needed them now as the wife is taking the truck out of state in a couple of days. Do what I gotta do, I guess. We'll see how these work out. Got all 4 with road hazard certificates for $865 out the door.

started removing the old decrepit vinyl off my B-pillars. Per the pics, I notice I have a ding on the driver door. Now I may put new ones back up. How does it look without the vinyl? Think I need to replace the window moulding too. It is pretty ratty and warped.

According to the seller he states they are Clear/white all the time even on turn signal, they only replace the quad style headlights they aren’t for trucks with projector style from factory. They require a new harness from retro shop.

I was going to buy a set myself if they were switchbacks and plug n play replacement for factory projector lights. They really look nice.

I find it hard to believe a company would not make these as replacements for the factory projectors - and with out switch backs. That is just plain dumb lol.

these lights dont have switchbacks, they are white for parking and turn signal, i have a video of it ill try and post...

these lights are for the rams that came with projectors, if your truck didnt come with OEM projectors then you cannot run these without a conversion harness from retro
