Looked at it in disgust while it sat in the dealership lot. One day it will be returned to me... once the dealership can get the warranty repairs right.

It is not so bad. You need the right tool for the job. A big pair of oil filter pliers and it will come off. It won't be round anymore but it will come off.

^^This.
Didn't cause me any big issues. Just a bit messy, but a ziplock bag would fix it.

Got my new to me hvac and 8.4" dash bezel in, and swapped to the aftermarket one. A little upset I lose the chrome surround on the buttons, but oh well. Those little audio and tuning knobs were not easy to get off.

I'll get it in this weekend, barring any connector issues.View attachment 143973

Post some pics once installed, I want to check it out!

Put it on jack stands and started tearing apart the front end. Started as a simple brake pad change, and has turned into pads, rotors, calipers, and lower ball joints job. Currently waiting on parts to be delivered.

Broken phenolic caliper piston turned out to be the cause of the brake issues.

Same here, minus the hospital!!
Lotta driving for work. Have a two toned painting project thats turned into a marathon of hours of prep for short bursts of paint then wetsanding and paint again. Cold mornings and late sunup conditions aren't helping this get done in a timely manner...lol

I’m basically in lockdown with this weather. I did Hose mud off truck yesterday. Can’t even feed cows without making a mess. Everything is water logged and nasty

Started to apply plastidip to the emblems, did the exhaust while I was at it..we'll see how it holds up to the heat.

Remote start should be delivered and installed tomorrow then weather permitting I'll get the wheels dipped this weekend.fd046cf87e19aa2ca562b04d6bbaa7f1.jpgfcbf33773369e855f2edd93fe97c1b09.jpg

I have been waiting on my new center console base to arrive. If I get it today I will install my new carpet and the center console this weekend. Fingers crossed!

Installed Hellwig 7709 rear sway bar on my 1500. Tightened up the truck nicely but now I want to urethane up the bushings all over (front/rear) to take out some more slop.

Any suggestions?
