I picked my truck up from the dealer this morning. They did a great job installing the new black OEM seat covers. It took them a little longer than I wanted but it was worth the wait. I’m not the type to pester shops when they have my truck. I prefer they take their time and get it done right the first time. (Which they did) They also vacuumed the carpet, cleaned the floor liners, wiped down the interior & cleaned all the windows. I have nothing bad to say about any of my dealings with Susquehanna Dodge/Ram. Their customer service is awesome.

I love the new seat covers. Some might consider it a downgrade from the gray all-leather seats, but they were showing their age and no matter how much cleaning & conditioning I did, I couldn’t get them to look as clean as I wanted. (They came out of a 2011 Laramie) The new driver’s side seat cover I installed a couple months ago stuck out like a sore thumb in comparison to the rest of the seats due to their age. I also like not sliding around in the seat when I go around turns which was also a complaint from passengers in the back. Maybe I cleaned & conditioned the old seat covers a little too much?

Did some work to the beast this weekend.

New aluminum fuel cap and a wheel well toolbox for the essential tools.

Now the toolbox is a BetterBuilt so ironically the quality of construction is not great however it was cheap and more of a proof of concept for me.

I will say, those wheel well toolboxes are a ****** to get lined up correctly. Especially with a door that swings up.

Managed to plastidip my chrome clads on one side of the truck until the weather gave out. The color is gloss brass monkey from DYC. I covered the wheels with a plastic tarp and about 10 hrs later it rained. Hope the dip is ok, I left for work in a different car and it was still dark out but it looked ok.

I look ahead and traffic is braking hard so so move to the right lane he smashed into a Silverado. Then Friday morning going into work exact same thing on ass again wrx in tha rain. I move to tha right he smashed into another pick up. I'm beginning to think my truck makes people go fast for no reason........lol.

If I buy a 2.25" Outlet diameter dual exit muffler, do they fit into the stock tail pipes?

In most vehicles there is a point where you can get the brake light to come on while not actually applying any (or very very little) braking.

Thats my usual response to tailgaters. Also fun is doing that but accelerating at the same time....it gives them a little bit of a WTF moment.

Sometimes when I get really heated, I just let my foot off the gas and just coast for a bit.

Added Profile Peak amber only 3157 LED bulbs to the front turn signals, changed the setting in AlfaOBD to LED front turn/signal and park lights. Set my high beam lights to DRL using AlfaOBD and the fog light dropout too. DRL setting showed in the Apps for the lights in the menu when using the 8.4 touch screen.

Liking the AlfaOBD and the ability to change certain settings.
