Did oil change and swapped drain plug to a Fumoto valve for easier maintenance going forward. This is only my 2nd oil change so far. 1st one I used royal purple 10-48 filter but couldn’t find one on Amazon prime this time around (needed one ASAP). So I used fram ultra synthetic.

I also ordered 20x9 -12 raceline twist wheels last week, which turned out to be discontinued so they refunded me.

ended up ordering 20x10 -25 vision sliver in matte black. They will be here Monday!

Teasers for today. It was 37* and raining like bananas. Should be nice tomorrow. It's a bit premature but these tires are fantastic in the weather I've run them in the past 2 days.

Installed the Opt7 “Redline” 3 Row LED Tailgate Bar. My last Opt7 one finally stopped working after being on 2 separate trucks over 4 harsh NE winters. Super quality on these Opt7 Tailgate strips.



BTW, I am still shocked at how insanely bright these AlphaRex Luxx DRL’s are. These 2 pics are just DRL’s, no low beams or anything and they are stupid bright.

Finally installed a cabin air filter and swapped out my K&N cold air intake filter for a new one so I can thoroughly clean the old one. Also, my 6" BDS lift and wheels and tires arrived.

I got it off eBay. They have chrome ones and ones with sensor holes cut out.

It is a great fit! Also has the alignment pins so you don’t have to center your bumper. It’s got a smooth Powdercoat finish on the outside, not a primer which is nice. The only thing I used different were the original bolts to fasten bumper on, because the new bolts don’t come with the attached flanges like the OEM does.

I hadn't seen or heard of that bumper before but do like the option for the bumper step, but the thing that sucks is damn near everything I want from eBay - or private companiy - does not ship to Hawaii. Some will do freight forwarding, but that can sometimes be a pain. The only way for some parts is through the local four-by-four shops and subject to them actually dealing with the particluar vendor that you want the parts from.
