Finally got my Line-X spray in bed liner done and installed my Lomax bed cover.

Swapped out the hood emblems this morning, going to remove the RAM badges on the doors and swap out the rear RAM emblem for a black one.

Truck needs a bath after all that!

It plugs into the Security Gateway Module under the steering wheel. No need to dismantle the dash. It took more time to open then box than to install this thing. I drive my truck at least twice a day. By my calculations, I am now saving myself 18 minutes a year by not having to push the button. It's math.

OK, maybe you got me there. However, I pulled up several video on how to install the harness in my wife's 2024 Durango and they all had versions of removing the radio and putting it there. Then you have to reassemble it all again.

Looks good. Are the door badges stick on and can be removed without having to fill any pin holes in the door?

Shouldn't be any alignment pin holes in the door but I am not sure yet. I gave up after I broke a few of my 3d printed pry tools. I ended up ordering some fishing line and a heat gun.

It's finally getting a bit cooler here in AZ now so that adhesive doesn't want to give.

That tailgate badge is going to be a pain to remove though. I have a new OEM black one sitting on the counter and there is a ton of trim tape on it. Crossing my fingers I can get the old one off at all.

Where did you find that sticker for your grill RAM logo? Might have to snag one myself. Trying to break up all that chrome on my truck.

Ran mine through the carwash last Monday for the first time since the first week in September. Didn't help, 3 days later it's covered in dust again anyway. This is why I don't waste the money more than every couple months. You know, living in the desert, and all.

I got my rear bumper from American Trucks (I got rear ended and didn't look around). The matching front bumper from CARID was significantly less expensive due to a military discount and free shipping.

NICE for sure. IF I drove more, I would buy and put on, but alas, my Red Beast is mostly a driveway princess.

WHAT did I do: Well fed it with 89 Octane yesterday, and today gonna go out and clean the windshield and put on some Rain X, since we allegedly got some rain coming. SO must dust here, when rain ends whenever, gonna hand wash and Cerakote truck, but that is a future endeavor.

Not today, but yesterday I installed the Eibach Pro-Truck-Lift Stage 2R rear shocks and springs. I still have the front coilovers to install along with the JBA upper control arms. I've also got Core4x4 adjustable rear upper and lower control arms, adjustable track bar and sway bar end links. Youtube video on install will be in the works.

Finished the first wash and wax. Sprayed Bead Maker on wheels and wheels wells. I’ll touch up the windows and then it’s just regular washings and Bead Maker every time after washing.
I thought I was ordering the sheets/strips of non skid cut to fit in the door sills. What came was from WeatherTech and they were molded black plastic with the stickems on it to hold them in place. I never know how far I’m off with those because the forward end always rises a bit. Anywhos did what I could placing them, they are installed look nice and will serve a good purpose! of course I could not find any OEM on the Ram online parts so this is what I ended up with. On my Tundras they were just sheets like thicker than average rubber/plastic but these are nice and fit like a glove and doors shut right fine those were the side steps I put on.View attachment 548333View attachment 548334

This morning I took the Ram to get its Krown rust proofing spray applied. I have had it applied every fall since new (Oct 2019) and there is not a spec of rust under there.

I wrapped up the install and was able to get the truck back on the tires yesterday (stock ones for now). I finished the rear suspension with the Core4x4 adjustable upper and lower control arms, track bar and sway bar end links (all town series) and installed the JBA Offroad front upper control arms. From a quick drive, the ride is superb and felt controlled. I adjusted the front Eibach coil overs and have it sitting about 1/2 - 5/8 inch rake instead of completely level. I need to get it in the shop for a 4 wheel alignment and make sure the front mud flaps clear at a hard turn with the Black Rhino wheels and BFG KO3 tires. I'm hoping I don't have to do major modifications to the mudflaps.

I actually considered running it through the carwash yesterday because it's been about 6 weeks since the last time. Then I thought, "Why spend $10 to get it clean when it's just going to look like crap again by Tuesday?," and I drove on by. Life it the desert, it's like that.
