What differential is this?

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 and want to identify for sure what differentials I have. There was a tag on the rear axle but it is not really all that legible. it had 662AF on rear sticker. This is front axle sticker

Hemi it’s a 10.5 inch ,if it’s a diesel 11.5 inch ring gear in the rear. Front diff should be 9.25
