After visiting the parts department at a local dealer, I learned I'm looking at a Water Outlet Tube, pn 68139108AA. The tube is connected to the Torque Converter Cooler, pn 68139111AA and costs about $400! Also, they don't show a replacement o-ring for it - the dealer says it has a pressed in seal that only comes with a new tube. Ugh!

The dealer had a similar idea - he suggested a specialty seal shop here in Albuquerque. They were able to recommend an o-ring which, so far, is holding! I'm sorry to say I don't have the dimensions, but the part number is "2-210HS70".You might visit a hydraulic hose repair shop, they may be able to make a replacement for you .
It’s a stretch but worth trying.
