What is this plug for?

Bought a used 2007 ram 1500 4x4 thunder road. Found this plug under driver side near parking brake while looking for trailer brake plug. Could this be for adjustable pedals? I found the plug for trailer brakes. The harness plug was in the clove box.

Don’t know what that’s for , but put some tape on that bare wire before it causes unintended consequences .
