What Muffler Fits this set-up?

I am piecing together my exhaust, and I am away from the vehicle and need some help real quick on picking the muffler. Here is what I ordered so far for my 2002 4.7 Quad Cab:

Magnaflow 99006HM Catalytic Converter
Walker 53205 Intermediate Pipe
Magnaflow 15035 3" Tailpipe

What Magnaflow muffler fits in this application? I know it needs to be 3" in/out but what is the muffler orientation? (Center in/out? Center in/ offset out? Offset in/out?)

I went with the Magnaflow 12259. 3" in/out. Center in/ offset out. Fingers crossed.
