What oil to use

I am about to do my first oil change on my Ram2021 6.7 diesel with 11k miles. Manual says 10w30 CES 20081 or MS-1092 or API CK4. I can seem to find any oil that meets these specifications in 10w30. I would prefer full synthetic but is a blend sufficient? I nearly always operate above 30 degrees but pull a 10k trailer most of the time.

I ended up buying Mobil Delvac Extreme full synthetic which appears to meet all requirements. Was on sale at Advance Auto at $21.50 a gallon. We shall see….
