I'm about to have 3 to 5 k to spend in the very near future. I've talked to moes about converters and friends about headers. Here's m y issue. I don't wana do anything to my trucks computer. My thoughts so far is the set of american racing headers with cats. A mopar intake. Have my magnaflow 14inch and y pipe installed.. and possibly some new rubber and leveling kit. And a 2600 converter Its a 2012 4 door express....... first off. What do u think bout the choices. Second. Am I actually hurting my truck by not tuning it........won't the computer learn the new systems. I'm tryn to figure this out before I drop 5 k on parts. And ruin somthin..........thanx in advance

Well if you have a 2012 theres currently no tuner available. I think the mods you listed will do great. In the future when the tuner comes out, you will just be able to get more from those mods.

I would go with at least a 2800 stall TC though. They are the most common.

im just trying to figure out if all the mods and no tuning will actually hurt the truck. would such a free flowing system cause the truck to lean out, or will the truck compensate for this using its factory computer

I read somewhere that the computer can adjust + or - 20% fuel. I dont think you run the risk of running too lean with those bolt on's.

But then again im no expert :p
