BetterBuilt low profile deep box. Made in Florida.
Like....lo profile, deep to hold my tools, shines up GREAT with 303, made out of aluminum so easy to move
Dislike...cost, (it aint cheap)after 1.5 yrs plastic sliding tray has cracked, my fault for overloading with heavy screws, bolts etc

I’ve got a gloss black Weatherguard low profile box on my truck. It leaves around 9 1/2 inches under the box. It also comes in gloss black and bright aluminum. WG is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. They do make a less costly line called Defender, but I see more complaints about those compared to the top line WG boxes.

It's cheap, but I bought and modified a trailer tool box from Tractor Supply Company. I like the chamfered corners so I can still fit long boards and such diagonally in the bed. I added handles so I can handle it if I ever need to remove it to make room for a large job, and added side shackles to anchor it laterally.

It is cheap though. The original latch/lock seen here already broke, rendering the latch useless. I had to drill it out and install a new aftermarket latch which is actually better than the original. It's not super secure, but would probably deter the casual thief of opportunity. My 12 V air compressor is about the most expensive thing I keep in there.

I have a Pelican box, fits completely inside the bed, used ratchet straps and can close the tonneau cover.

Can't find a picture right now.

I like the one Mopar offers that slides front and rear but is only available in a bring polished finish, I want black.

Is that what you show in Post #1? Looks like it would fit under mu tonneau cover.
I was unaware one existed from MOPAR. Any closer detailed Pic's? I think I like it.
