I've been going through my truck (2012 Ram 2500) to prep for an overland trip to make sure everything is going to withstand 200+ miles of harsh desert roads. Today I noticed a relay dangling from the wiring harness located between my coolant reservoir and the battery tray (passenger side). Upon closer inspection the push clip was broken thus causing the relay to dangle and rattle around. I fixed it and put the relay back in the intended sock location with a new clip on the battery tray. For what ever reason I can't figure out what this relay is for and I'd like to avoid the "unplug it and see what happens method". Mostly I like to know what everything does on this truck since I do all my own work.
