I've been searching for 2 years for a wheel cleaner that works on the plastic chrome clad wheels on my Big Horn. Well, I've finally found it. Never Dull. This stuff comes in a small can and is like a cotton gauze. Simply tear off a small piece and rub it on the wheel. All of the baked on brake dust comes right off. My wheels look as good as new. Not a scratch on them either.

Took all of about 30 minutes to do all 4 wheels. I washed the truck and the water beads up on the wheels. Guess now I will have to see how long it lasts.

Give it a shot. You will be impressed.

Oh and the stuff works great on other chrome too. I did my exhaust tips and all of the baked on, black, exhaust residue came right off.

Never Dull is awesome. I used it too when I had chrome clads. It worked great at taking the oxidation off and making them shine.

I believe walmart has it. I use it to clean up just about anything metal that is tarnished

FWIW, Eagle 1's 'all wheel & tire cleaner' is safe on pretty much any wheel and also gets road grime off your tires so that your tire shine will last longer.

I use invisible glass on mine. And they look like mirrors afterwards.

I used a clay bar and waxed them and now a little quick detailer and they shine like crazy.

The spots or streaks are not my concern. I had baked on brake dust that would not come off. A little elbow grease with the Never Dull and BAM...new wheels again.
