You'll need wheel spacers to run those tires on stock wheels... it's not an optional thing. 10mm spacers will get the job done. However you can go to 1" or 1.25" if you want a wider stance. Completely up to you.

Motorsport Tech's BORA spacers definitely are the way to go.

Is there anything to take into consideration when choosing between 1 or 1.25" other than how it looks? At those thickness' do the stock studs pass thru or would there be studs on the spacers?

The 1" or 1.25" spacers will be adapter type spacers. So they will have their own studs that the wheel actually bolts on to.

You should check the backside of your wheels to ensure that there's an indent in between the stud holes that will allow the stock studs to protrude into. Measuring the depth of it and the length of your stock studs is a good idea to ensure that 1" spacers will work without having to cut the ends off the stock studs. I expect that they'll fit without any issues though. Other than that it's going to be mainly on looks.

i believe stock studs are longer then 1", so you would need a thicker spacer if you didnt want to cut them down.

Many stock wheels have indents in between the stud holes that will allow the studs to protrude into. I just don't remember how deep they are. I know 1.25" spacers will work (as stock studs are +/- 1.5") long but I don't know if the indents are deep enough to accept 0.5" of stud.

Here's how far mine stick out with 1.5" BORA wheel adaptors. I didn't have to cut the studs at all. The tires rubbed on the factory flares (had to do some cutting) as well as the wheel well liner at full lock. They don't rub too bad on the wheel well liner.

I have stock 20's with 325/60/20 duratracs. There 13" overall width as they have sidewall treads on both sides.

this is my problem. I have two sets of wheels (+18, +19 stockers) and they fit and looked ok until I added fender flares. now they look puny (33x12.5r20 m/t) so I'd like to move them out. a 1.25" will make them almonst -14 and -13 offset each. a 1.5 inch will make them about -20 offset. will rub for sure unless i get a 4-6" lift. i wont do a body lift either.
I'm just going to measure up the studs and rims when I install my airbags ( loadlifter 5000 ultimate)

First off... Is your truck leveled? If so, 1.5" spacers will work no problem as your tires are only 33" tall.

I run -24 offset with no mods on a 2wd, but I also have 275s. I have no rub wgatso ever and intend on going larger on my next set of rubber, prob some 305s. I'm not 100‰ a 33/12.5 would fit with no rub but if I added a 1.5lvl to the front they would most likely for sure. Hope that helps...

You can also try a trick I did take a piece of construction paper using so MBB e duct tape, tape it to your tread allowing it to project the amount you intend to space the wheels by. This will give you an artificial edge of the new tire edge, now just go turn your wheels checking the fit.

I had my rear wheels off this past weekend and on my 2015 so I remebered this thread and took a picture (boy I'm spoiled by camera phones). the stock studs measured just under 1-11/16". Not sure if that helps you out any but hopefully so.
