Okay guys... Don't flame me. And I don't know where else to post this, as it doesn't pertain necessarily to any section.

I'm not one of those guys that wants like -5000000 offset on their truck.
But you remember that picture of Miley Cyrus with that ass that looked like a chicken? Yeah, that's what I think of when I see my truck from the rear end. The fender flares make it look like I have a lot of positive offset. I want to fill it out and make it at least more flush.
So.. again.. don't flame me ..
How bad are wheel spacers if I put them in the rear of the truck? I honestly have no idea I just know they get a lot of hate but I'd like someone to tell me without a biased opinion that is just based on any kind of factless judgement, is it worth considering at all?

Not as bad as on the front, but you're still putting stress on the axles, which as you well know are NOT floaters. 2 inches at most would be safe.

Looking at your pics, I have no clue what you're talking about. They stick well enough out.
The rear doesn't. I always make sure to take pictures where it doesn't show it. I would take a picture right now buuuuut no axle shafts in.

Spacers arn't the devil , it's an inexpensive way to get the stance you want . GO with Quality hub &wheel centric spacers such as Bora for example . Very important torque them to specs initially and even though it's a pain you need to tq. Check them @ the same tq value in 300 - 500 miles to ensure the torque has stabilized , if you detect movement tq check again @ 3-500 miles until stabilized , then just make sure you tq check them @ each tire rotation or anytime you have a wheel off for any reason and you'll be fine ! I ran 1.5" spacers on a jeep for about 60,000 miles and on my 97 Dodge Ram for over 50 k both with no issues ,but you must ensure to tq. Check them till stabilized ! This may take 2-3 times until completely stabilized ...

The safest and cheapest way is to take the flares off like bartow said.

Or you could just take those ugly ass flares off?

I like the look of the flares and I believe the paint is pretty bad underneath. But I'm considering all options at the moment.

Just pull the flairs off.... all they do is trap stuff under them and ruin paint anyways.

Fuggit. Ditch the flares, swap TTB under the front and call it a day.
