What is the recommended mileage to do all fluid exchanges (transmission and diffs)?
Don't know if it matters but driving conditions are mostly highway, all 45k miles in Houston, TX. Done a moderate amount of wheelin' the first 2 years of having it but not much in recent years, just working.

As a fellow Houstonian and a master tech, I'll share with you the obvious.... Highway mileage around these here parts is brutal, at best. The extremes of temperature and the crazy traffic patterns lend a high wear/tear factor on all vehicles.

That being said, FCA/Stelantis of old recommends diff services every 30K miles IIRC. As an automatic transmission specialist for Ford and GM for 27 years, I will tell you that every 60K miles you would be sagely advised to service the transmission.

It's better to over maintain than live the reality of failure due to lack of frequent number of maintenance intervals!

If you have the rfe I'd say soon, or soonish on rfe. Look at synthetic filter options and more importantly metal thread upgrade. This guy sells the best fitting metal thread, those billt ones fit loose, get this guys. Ever since kyle found these many guys running this thread including me.

Diffs ever 40k miles, rfe trans every 60k miles, redline c+ is a great option for the rfe. I like the oem sump filter but you can upgrade the canister filter. The oem sump filter has a little pressure relief valve that after market ones dont on the sump filter.

Thank you all for the replies. Sounds like I will be looking into getting it all done soon.
