Where does this part fit on my 2012 Ram 1500 Sport

Hi,

A few days ago I got my used Ram 1500 Sport (2012). The dealer also told me that they found a plastic part inside the car, but don't know where it belongs to.

After looking it up on the Internet (PN on the plastic part: 1454507 - 12748), I found the following description:
2009-2014 Ram 1500 Floor Center Console Trim

Unfortunately I was not able to figure out where the part fits to.

Any suggestions?

it covers the outboard front bolts for the seat frame. Driver and passenger seat will have one.
