Convert, for now.
Engine
small
watch the water level over the next couple days, if it disappears and you dont see any on ground, could be blown head gasket.
If it only happened once, could be moisture in the air one morning.

Ok, I checked the level again this morning before work. Was the same level as before.... No smoke this morning either.... I'll keep an eye on all of the levels for the next week or so...... Hopefully it was just moisture. Thanks again guys!!!!

I don't know how wide spread this was, but about a month ago, a bunch of gas stations had high water content found in their gasoline in our area. It was common to see people smoking white a little more than expected, and a few people I know had issues with rough idles and what not.

Didn't affect us diesels though.. :D

Symptoms sound like head gaskets as stated. Another test you can try is start up truck and then hold a shop rag over tail pipe if it can't push it out or feels like it is sucking in it is head gasket(s).

Head gaskets are not common on most Dodge engines from what my mechanic says. On GMs it is very common. It varies by engine of course.

Are you positive it was white? Does it continue as you drive? You mention your fluid levels are good and it doesn't do it everytime.. I agree with smiley3033. It seems a little odd to me that you would be having head gasket issues.. Not that its impossible, I just find it unlikely..

The smoke, is it maybe sorta blue at all..? I only ask because like already stated white smoke is a symptom of head issues, but your issue could be as simple as the PCV valve going bad... Once they get warmed up the can stop smoking till the next cold start up.. plus smoke color can be decieving sometimes, as dumb as that sounds.. Just throwing the idea out there..

Keep checking your radiator to make sure the level doesn't drop.. I certainly hope its not a cracked head issue..

No hasn't done it at all since then. I did notice I was missing an o-ring on my pcv valve???? I replaced it yesterday.... Nothing really changed... But wat could a pcv valve do to make a motor smoke?

Haven't updated this, but all is still good. After I changed the o-rings on the pcv valve I haven't had the first bit if smoke besides the normal condensation. I guess the pcv was causing it, it was the only thing I did anything to..... Just so everyone knows..... ;)
