will a tailgate spoiler fit on a 2002?

I've looked for a tailgate spoiler but none seem to list the 2002 as a fit. why is that.

They only came on the 2006-2008. You can order one of those and then you just have to attach it.

correct. 2500/3500 didn't change bodies until 03..

I'm pretty sure it will. I don't believe the 4th gen beds are any wider/narrower than the 3rd gens.

yes the inside dims are the same. the top of the bed rail is different. That being said - i'm sure you could mount it, but how it looks could be an issue.
