Will this sub work in my truck

I have a crew cab and this sub is in a quad cab ram and I was wondering if it would fit? It's a 1300 watt sony explode that comes with a mtx 250 watt amp for $200. Is that a good deal for the package?

The storage compartments are the same exact size and shape, between a crew and quad cab, so the sub will fit.

I don't think you'll be super impressed with it.

Never heard a Sony sub that was impressive, and that's a small MTX amp.
It'll give you some more low end, but you won't 'bump' with it.

I just want a little more bass then my alpine system. I never heard that sub before but if it's better then stock and sounds clear I will get it. Don't really want to spend to much money on a sound system.

It's on Craigslist as a package deal and yes it comes with the box. I just hate how the plastic on the stock sub rattles.

Offer him $150. Then put 1300 watts to that sub an share the fireworks video with us. Then buy any other sub in the world

Will the back seat go all the way down with that type of sub box? If that sub sounds like crap then I'll just wait for something else to pop up.

If you're just looking to augment the factory stereo, this should work nicely.
I think the MTX Amp even has speaker level inputs.
