Windshield wiper replacement with unusual attachment

I can't find a similar replacement for these windshield wipers. Does anyone know where I can find them? Cheers

I can't find a similar replacement for these windshield wipers.

What does the end of the wiper arm look like?
There is only so many wiper arm designs, I wonder if part of the wiper blade is still on the arm itself.
