Exterior Trim Question

2017 Ram1500 Laramie.
Does anyone know what this trim part at base of windshield is called ?
Its a large pc and goes from side to side.
Will have to remove wiper arms to replace.
And is it a dealer only item ?
Mine has some areas where breaking apart and I want to replace.
Thx.

Wipers have to come off. Easy job. Unscrew the retainer nut (9/16”?), a few turns of the puller and they pop off. Ladder would be handy.

Less than an hour job to do. Might be a little fussy to get the tabs to slide in place underneath, so maybe a second pair of hands for that would be nice.

I now see you are florida based. Disregard cold weather comment. But still good to have as they are used all over the place.
