hello everyone
last year i posted about a problem with 4WD drive train. since then the car has being in and out of the garage but isn't fix. I have installed a new transfer case motor, a new select button and a new module to control the whole **** show.

however after all of that they still haven't fix it and they are telling me that the only thing now is that some were there is a cable broken and the need about 2 to 3 weeks to figure it out.

my question is now if some one has this wiring diagram cause i cant find the diagram for my car any were.
my car is a 2010 dodge ram laramie crew cab

Here's a link to a 2009 Ram service manual that has wiring diagrams, it should help, I use it for my 2010 and haven't found any differences so far. Use Google Chrome to open, but install the IE Tab extension and use that to get it to work correctly.

What exactly is the symptom? Doesn't make sense why they would throw so much into it like that.

well the read out now tells them it has an open circuit and the selection switch isn't sending any power/signal to the control box. well the shift motor and switch I bought cause they were common failler points I found online and because i had a read out done by the garage and they told me that it was the shift engine but asked 1200 euro for it (about 1400 dollars)

and the reason why i'm asking for the diagram is I figure if i "can" replace the cable by myself it would save me allot of time and money.

(and the thing is these cars are imported here so there are no real dealers to go just garage that work on these types of cars.)

That makes perfect sense. I'll. Look at the diagram and see.
Is it just not shifting as it should be or? I'm pretty handy in this 4x4 wiring stuff.
Hope I can help
Brandon.

its not shifting at all its not doing anything anymore. the way i drive around now is with out the shift engine and the transfer case set in manual 2wd.
it doesn't matter if connect both shift engines nothing happens or test it with bot gear selectors nothing responds even the little light on the neutral button doesn't do anything.

in the garage they even tested the old shift engine and the new one and they both work same for the button but were still stuck with an open circuit, so my plan was once i found the sector switch cable to just run a new one from point A to B and hope for the best

sorry for the late respond been working

The t315, t316 and t317 wires are the first ones I'd ohm out. Then if nothing is found go to the t313 and check it. The plugs are right under the dash passenger side, the other plug is the transfercase motor plug. Hope this helps.
