I'm skipping the shrouds. If I ever retro I'm going to get a brand new set of headlights and sell these ones anyway

Thought I tinted the reflectors to dark like usual

But I think they'll look pretty good

I have a feeling the tape is going to pull the chrome off so I'm waitng to do the other light

Polished the reflectors, mothers power ball works great for it!
I think I might make them a little bit darker

Tried the tuner on my buddies 06....

So I guess the truck needs reflashed or there's something wrong with the OBD2 port, either way it means more money.

Wheels were ordered today too, who knows when they'll get put on, maybe after Christmas

I had all sorts of problems last night
Dropped a reflector when I was polishing it and chipped the clear coat
I didn't have any paint thinner so I was using reducing some reducer I had in a spray bottle
Set the bottle down and the reducer dripped and splashed on the other one

I went to pull the tape out of the bowl and it lifted the chrome, the paint was still tacky and got screwed up a bit

So wax takes the chrome off like its nothing and I cannot get te drivers side light out

I honestly cant just get a mod to go smoothly lol
I'm like 1 for 5 this year lol
Trying to install these at 2 am while it was snowing wasn't the best idea either haha

I ordered a set of adjustable control arms and will be putting them on hopefully in the next week (already started spraying all the bolts with pb blaster lol)
Thinking about adding another 1" to the front and 1.5" in the back too

UPS guy wasn't to happy about how heavy the box was

Soooo I tried doing the control arms before I went back to school last week
Things were going pretty good till I tried to take out the passenger side upper CA bolt
It started spinning an there isn't enough room to get a ratchet on it
Although i have all new hardware and was fully prepared to cut the bolts off, i wasnt goin to cut theough the nut and bolt and I wasn't in the mood to take the down pipe off to get the bolt out

Soooo I ordered an Icon adjustable track bar today (awesome customer service!) and am thinking I'll give it another shot next weekend once that gets here

Icon adjustable sway bar was delivered to my parents house and a new distribution block from bullydog is on the way

That upper passenger side bolt is a fun one...haha. I ended up having tp cut mine off as well when installing my Thuren arms.
