Yup, asphalt at probably 45-50 mph if not faster
Of course it couldn't have been the passenger side that wasn't working very well

O well I guess, I have a new project idea now

Keep an eye on them
The tabs were super flimsy, I had hot glued them all to be safe and it didn't do **** apparently

Well I said I would never do it again but I forced my self to do it... More painting

Took the old bedliner off (which really really sucked) and re-did them, much happier with them. Also cleaned up some of the rust spots
This was some time ago
e52e3973.jpg
A buddy of mine helped me pull the dents out a bit last summer, primed it and painted it with a gray enamel an covered it with the flare
bc1255ec.jpg
So while I had the flares off I actually color matched the spots, the paint is a little bit darker but it looks better then rust!

Wasn't to worried about the sharp paint line user the flare. I probably could have blended it a little bit better had I had more time but had to get clear on it an te flares back on to head back to school

Planning on wet sending and polishing it tommorow to try to blend it better

Now I just have to do something with the door and bed corner :Grenade:

Nah, I was just about to do a retro on an extra set of lights I have at home (probably would have if the guy shipped them to my apartment at school like he was suppossed to)
But I wasted all my money on this instead

So far I'm not to thrilled about it
Updated it and went to install it and it won't initialize with the truck.
Hopefully going to try it on my buddies powerstroke tomorrow to see if it's the tuner Or the trucks obd2

Didn't mess with it at all anymore today, going to update it again and try it on another truck here in the next few days

Also hit this in election day, the 200k badge isn't all to far away

I really hope so
I tried it on my buddies powerstroke and it gave me an error and wouldn't even switch to the ford settings
I'm home now so I should be able to try it on one of my friends cummins and have the time to sit on the phone with bullydogs tech support

I cant believe how easy it is to open 02-05 lights!
I followed JJ's instruction, 6 minutes at 250* and it took about two minutes to take each light out of the oven and get them apart!
-2E97-4CCE-BCF1-114C46C6B60D-7415-000005F151F6C2CB.jpg
Really wish I had something to put in them though

Any tips for pulling the bulb shroud? I tried wiggling it and pulling a little bit but have made it this far without breaking anything
Can I take it out with out taking the bowl out and do you guys think it would look dumb mineral grey when the bowl is still chrome? Figuring that wouldn't hurt light output

Bulb shroud takes some force. I struggled at first. Just grip it with your fist as low as you can and rock back n forth pretty hard
