WTB: 04 Factory Jack Handle

I have the jack but am missing the 3 part extensions and the lug wrench/handle.

Any one have a spare (see what I did right there) one laying around?

Looking to spend about $40 with shipping included.

Do you know if it's any different from a durango/dakota? I have a spare set from my old durango if that helps
