WTB: O3 OEM cat

Was looking at Ryans photos and I like the 3" cuts made in the Cats. I was always concerned about the choke crimp at the back of the 03 Cat (singular) and perhaps that would be a good idea for myself to do that mod and have a true 3" exit into the OEM 3" Pipe and perhaps time to do an elect. Cut-out as well.

I think I know where you are going with this. You wanna run 2 Cats into a Y-pipe so the truck is balanced? rather than a Y-pipe into one cat as per the 03 set-up. If so do you have to double up on the 02 harnesses and sensors, if so I have a spare serviceable front one.

no you'd just need to plug the two holes in the 2nd cat. the PCM only requires inputs from 1 cat

I was asking the same question about the O2 sensor and found this install from HTC. Dynatech SuperMaxx Headers

Stated in the install that "We placed the stock oxygen sensor into the cat (the other sensor on the mid pipe),"

So as Aaron is saying she'll run off of input from just one sensor.

yep. single cat off 03 hemi. i went catless. i've kept it in case i got in any problems with the fuzz, but for the right price i'll let it go lol
