Zone 4'' with Bilsteins, what setting?

Pretty much the same as a thread below but this is for a 4''. My lift was delivered today and the bilstiens will be here next week, what height setting are you running to get it sitting level?

I've read 1.4 for level and 0.7 for some rake.

mines right around 1 3/4in rake at 1.4

I have a 6" lift and I think I put mine on 2nd highest setting
