Hello, I currently have a 2015 1500 Outdoorsman in which I installed a 1.5 Zone body lift on. After installation I noticed that the body is not quite centered on the chassis. I never had any issues getting the bolts to line up. Just wondering if anybody else who installed a body lift had this issue. The body is off maybe 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. You can notice that the tires poke outside the fenders more on one side. I also installed a 1.25 rcx body lift on my previous truck, also noticed that it wasn't quite centered but I guess I'm just a little more particular about this truck. I guess I will have to loosen off the bolts and try to get it to go to one side.

Can't say I've noticed that with mine but perhaps I'll take a closer look.

I haven't noticed it with mine either, and I don't plan on looking for it because it'll drive me nuts if I do see its off! Haha

Did you leave the opposite side bolts in while lifting one side? If so, its all in your head?

Also are you looking at the front or the rear? The bed has a lot more play in it, sometimes you have to move it around quite a bit to get it lined up. Ive never had issues with the actual cab though (looking at the front tires)

Yes, I did leave the opposite side bolts in when lifting. The pan is okay for the most part, I did notice that I could move it around fairly easily when lining that up. I'm currently away at work now, but when I get home I'll have to take a closer look and try to get it lined up. Haha very particular when it comes to this!

I have the Zone 1.5" installed on mine and I'm perfectly center. The only thing I did notice is that the bed is a LITTLE higher than the body... That's the only "issue" I have with the body lift.

Finished everything a couple of days ago. Took some measurements from the chassis to the body on each side. Was off 1/2 an inch. Loosened off the body bolts and used a pry bar to get it centered. Now I can relax ha ha!
