I just picked up my truck after putting on fox 2.0 coilovers and Zone UCA. I have a 2016 1500 4x4 with stock chrome clad 20" wheels and stock 275/60/20. My concern is that I would like to put a bigger tire on but I only have about .5inch from the back of the tire to the UCA. From what I can find, I can go up to a 275/65/20, that is around 34x10.8. Does this sound right? I was under the impression that 35x12.5 would fit with a level kit.

35-12.5's fit with a level height wise, but backspacing becomes an issue with stock wheels. You can add spacers to your stockers if you wish and make them fit, although opinions vary greatly when it comes to wheel spacers. If you're dead set on 35's, personally I'd get a wheel with less backspace. If you want to keep your stock clads, either smaller tires (width wise) or wheel spacers are your options. You could also look into 285-65's as a happy medium, many here are running them on a level.

Have you had the front end aligned yet?

yes I have had the front end aligned. So what is the max width tire that can be used on the stock 20" chrome clad rims?

I have a buddy that is running 35x12.5 with just a level on his 09 and stock chrome clads. When I looked at his they have been rubbing on the UCA for a long time and he didn't know. He only thought they rubbed at full turn but that's not the case.

As the others have stated the problem is the OEM wheels and their excessive backspacing. It's a tight fit with 12.50 inch wide tires. So tight in fact that some 35x12.50's will fit while other will rub. The solution is small wheel spacers or aftermarket wheels with less backspacing.

Thanks for all the help! I decided to put a .25" spacer on, and see how much room I have after install.

Any pics of the level installed? How much lift did you get with the fix 2.0's? It says 2"but I'm curious as to a measurement if possible.

I had the shop adjust mine to make the truck level. I don't remember the exact numbers from ground, but I know I was 2.5" higher in the rear. I am dead even now. The shop did have to adjust them but I do not know how much.
