All are hooked up to high and low.All 4 on hi and low right!
Yup. Well Clayton but work in Raleigh. Went to State during the Russel Wilson era. And I can honestly say, if you went with the Mini H1s, there would be very little trimming. I'll try and grab a picture of the size difference between the 3" Apollo shroud and the 2.5" mini Gatling gun shroud from my future led fog build. If I went HID, that would be the way I would go to limit the cutting. But no good 2.5" led projectors out now.Looking good. I thought about adding projectors to the high beams as well but just couldn’t justify the time it would take and down time of my lights. Makes me rethink that looking at the pics though.
By the look of all your nc state stuff you must be in raleigh as well. Might see you around.

Depending what colors your going with the gap won't be noticable as long as its even all around. So I got a little ahead of myself. The projectors were aimed too low during me trimming so now I have about a 3/8" gap from the inner shroud to the beauty plate. Kinda ****** me off to the point of buying a new set of housings. But I'll finish these up and see what it looks like. With the projectors and inner shroud moving and the outer shroud staying fixed, the projector is now centered but the fit for the outer shroud to the inner shroud is off. Might have to take the c-bars off completely and paint the bare plastic underneath to hide it.
That same idea has crossed my mind. Luckily I actually needed to aim them down a bit so it filled the gap some. I might need to hide the color of the wires a bit but I should be ok.I like it. I ran had the same issue as to how much to trim off the OEM bezel (beauty trim) to fit around the shrouds. I accidentally trimmed off too much in one area not paying attention. I put blue painters tape over the spot I removed too much material from, used black plastic epoxy and filled in the spot and waited for it to dry. Shaped it and then used a plastic bumper repair kit to fill in any voids, and made sure it was smoothed out. Then painted mine with satin black. Worked out good. Can't tell I messed up.
