I'm a 3rd gen, 2007. I believe they make them for the 4th gens as well but double check your trans model with the booster your looking at, it will say the trans models that particular booster is made for

Mine is a bighorn and it doesn't. Is yours a Laramie or higher?

My Big Horn lights up. Haven't correlated to headlights or not, but the little hashes are lit.

Common sense isn't...nor is common decency.

Installed a wiring kit in my 2018 2500 that changed the tow mirror turn signals into running lights as well. $29 shipped from JHD Lighting.

Got a link? I think that would be nice on my 1500 with similar mirrors. I drive quite a few narrow roads at night, it would be nice if they weren't getting dinged by passers-by as often due to people not knowing mirrors exist beyond the width of my headlights...

Sure, this is the kit that I used. There are some others out there as well.

So did you run a wire all the way down your A pillar to the console? I have an escort and I'm using a Blend mount and smart cord. If I can hard wire it that would be awesome
That is exactly what I did. Tapped into the aux outlet in the center console.

I'll agree on this--tailgate assist is pretty nice.

I’m a huge advocate of the tailgate assist. However, now that it’s cold out it lowers at the speed of a snail lol. You feel like an idiot starring at a tailgate slowly going down

There i a solution for that.....considering our tailgate weighs so little.....

You could A. Remove it, or B. Push down on the tailgate....

I thought it was a joke when people started talking about these....I just don't understand the point.

Common sense isn't...nor is common decency.
