Ditto. I ordered mine Sunday night so I could get the Black Friday (20%) rebate. Thanks for confirming my choice of tire. I started a thread on Michelin vs. Bridgestone and it ended with a lot of K/O talk. Sounds like I made the right choice and stayed with Michelin.

Had some free time yesterday so I had DT install the Michelin Defenders early. WOW! What a difference. The truck drives so much nicer now. Gone is the 60-70 mph shake that the POS Wranglers had.

Guess I am going to have build $1000 into the price of any new truck I buy just for an immediate swap out of the OEM tires for Michelin.

Take a propane torch and lightly hit (flame) the edge. It will clean up and smooth the cut edge. This is also a good way to smooth minor scratches on plastic panels.

front side windows tint to match rear windows 3M 20%
lineX spray in bed liner
Retrax Pro MX 8' cover (self install)
weather tech mats, window guards, hood guard & mud flaps
ran out of time so this weekend installing the 5" ionic curved stainless step bars
and if the robins bed lights come in might install those as well

Was wondering if anybody knows of a bull bar that works with the front park sensors?

How do you like the bushwhacker trail armor panels? Been eyeing those for my Rebel. It’s red with the black lower area. Would blend in I’m sure to the point most wouldn’t notice. But like the idea of added protection from chips and scratches to the black paint there

They look pretty good just out of the box, I have a few paint chips to fill in on the rockers before I install them. I figured for the price I got em for they were worth a try. Eventually I'd like to linex the whole area. If the weather is decent I'll try to get em install this weekend

Installed a pair of Engineered by Schildmeier Bed Stake-Pocket covers. Completely unimpressed. The first one made a cracking sound as it went in (yes I followed the instructions) and the top portion completely broke off and as I was installing the second one the side portion that goes in split. Not the best pour quality on the 3-D plastic. You can tell it was allowed to cool off too much between layers or simply is not being ran hot and fast enough for the plastic to properly layer-bond. I’ll email them this week and ask for a refund or a replacement set. Edit: Actually looking at the original photo of one of them you can see where the layer is bad and it’s pretty much where the failure happened.
