Same here!! Slow workday so gave the WhytRam some much needed love n attention. Too much driving, not enough "Ram Love".
Should be worth at least 7 hp due to the wax helping it slip through the air easier lol

A lady here bought three of those rims with Discoverer SST that had like 5k on the tires but they were too big for her truck. Her husband was kinda pissed so he sold all three to me for $140.....SCORE. Now I just need one more rim.

Man, it looks so cool there! Not temperature but just the scenery. I’ve only ever been to Buffalo. I know it’s exiting there and very scenic but I’d love to see the U.S. it must be such a weird feeling though living in such an arid place [emoji2369]. At least your truck will stay clean for a while [emoji106][emoji106]. It’s getting toasty here for our standards. Like 35 with humidity lol.

How do you wash the truck in those temps? Doesn’t the water just vanish as you rinse it? Must be a pain to stop water spots

Yeah it’s pretty nice here. We moved from Texas where it’s super humid. We’re really loving the dry air. Been 100-107 the last few days but it’s so dry it’s not too bad. It don’t stop us from going out

What’s worse. The 95 with humidity or the heat there ? Sometimes it gets so hot and humid here it’s too much to do anything involving hard labour. I can’t imagine what it’s like there. I still hate winter though lol

94, feels like 106 here today.

Any way you cut it, it sucks. Was outside cleaning my garage (so we were shaded, but no A/C) and after 20 minutes just gave up. Dripping sweat just standing there straightening up a socket drawer. Gave up and went inside, just too damn uncomfortable today.

Humidity. I’ll take 110+ and no humidity over 90 and 80% humidity any day. The shade feels good. Breeze feels good.

Same, can't stand when it gets hot and humid here during the summer. Can't enjoy anything, sweat just sitting there.

This.

BIG detail coming up on my truck! Had it for almost 2 years at this point so its time to re-coat it (used Optimum Gloss Coat right when I bought the truck 2 years ago)

Wash with dawn dish soap
IronX decon (white paint = lots of little fallout rust specs)
Nanoskin DA pad for large areas, good old claybar for cramped spaces
Polish with HF DA, white pad and Optimum HyperPolish
Wash with dawn dish soap
One side at a time - wipe down with CarPro Eraser
One panel at a time - coat with 22PLE HPC
Wait 24 hours, repeat coating step
Follow up with 22PLE VS Final Coat

Im debating pulling off the rear bumper so I can detail and coat the areas behind it that you can see but cant quite get to during a wash

If Im not completely wiped out from the above, I will detail the door, tailgate and hood jambs and coat them with the Optimum Gloss Coat that I have left over from last time.
How much to do mine. Wow, that’s allot of hard work.

Guys I work with tell me I should do it as a side business. My issue is that I won't let little stuff go, so my profits would be next to nothing based on the hours I would put into a clients vehicle.

I’d get a custom just to avoid those colours lol. You should get just the word “BLANK” lol.

In Ontario we have blue letters for cars and black for trucks. However, when you get custom plates on a truck they revert back to blue letters. I was hoping my all black truck would have black letters. But nope lol.

Some states have really nice plates but NY not so much. With such a historic state surely they could come up with something with a nice design [emoji2369]

here in PA ALL we have is white with blue on top, yellow on bottom and some kind of stupid DOT.GOV. deal. I'd rather have the all yellow from the 70's or all blue from the 80's. We don't really have too many choices....ugh
