I used to like this one, but it seams like the flavor profiles of other choices outshine this one for me.

I am with you, air fryer cooks a perfect steak everytime. Now, on the grill does make a better bark, but it is hard to not use the air fryer for the perfect steak though and through everytime.

.
Agreed. I like a juicy steak and a grill to me makes it tough and dry.

Okay my fellow carnivores!

Seeing how we're right back on topic in this thread ;)

Here's a platter of heaven that I was part of a month ago at Al's Steakhouse in Ottawa for a company dinner out.

Guess the meats :)
Is that bacon? I love places that just give you everything but the kitchen sink and still dont forget the bacon, lol.

does your bbq have a sear section? Gotta use sear side of grill and sear both sides and then top shelf it. keep the moisture in the meat. On top shelf or in air fryer, cook steak in a foil boat, trap those juices in the foil.

Ive got a Blackstone. Its ok. I usually just fire up the gas stove and use a skillet. I also use avocado oil to coat the steaks before I season them. The high heat of the avocado oil gives them a nice flavor.

Oh heck yessssssssssss that's bacon!
Big ol' slabs of mouthwatering bacon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once my and my team finishes the generator project we're working on there, we're going back and the Engineers are taking us out for Al's Steakhouse famous Tomahawk steaks, and everything else we want, too......

This meal was just four of us, and 3+ hours later we left with a $1,100 CDN night out... happily the company paid that tab, and not my company ;)

There was also a lot of single malt involved, too, and Uber back to the hotel where we rolled and poured ourselves out...lol

I use my local butcher. I really like a good bison ribeye. I want to do a tomahawk steak, but with 5 boys, Bison is about as expensive as I care to spend money on.

so bison ribeye wont mess your air fryer like beef ribeye? I like ribeye, but it will destroy your air fryer.

No greens but I finish off my breakfast steak by washing it down with hydrolyzed chia. I am telling you there is no better way to start your day and get the most out of it with this combo, pure energy.

I hate to cook, but when I do I usually just make a burger with over 20% fat in in the meat blend (Ground Chuck, Bring and Entrecôte coat) to get that lovely maillard reaction on the meats surface :licklips:

oh hells yeah that will work, looks more like lunch then breakfast to me, but that dog gonna hunt.

That is the only way to order a burger or a blt, hold the greens don't forget the mato. I usually double up my tomatoes, but that will work. Caramelized onions would be a bonus. One place here makes it just like that but adds brisket and bacon, lol.

I spray my air fryer with cooking spray. I still have to clean it out, but the one we have doesn't have a problem with it. I have done both with our air fryer and it been fine.

I start my day with a black cup of Nespresso. My wife loves Chai. As far as green go, I make everyone eat them with our meals. I am doing bacon wrapped asparagus tomorrow.

You know I said chia? The seeds. If you soak them in hot water you get a good consistency and then add them to any drink. My wife puts hers in her coffee. I just use water these days, great energy and will help you digest anything.

You guys are making me really mad!!! Seeing all those amazing looking steaks and burgers have my mouth watering and I can't really have that stuff anymore. I have some bad things going on health wise that make it really hard for me to digest fatty foods, but damn that all looks and sounds amazing!!!
