That's the way I'm leaning right now.
nothing wrong with KO2’s either, except their price. First set of tires I put on the truck were KO2’s in 285/65/20.

I keep hearing the GY UltraTerrains are a good compromise between noise, wear, and looks. What really has me leaning towards them is the great rating they are getting for snow(I'm in MI so always important). Pricing is pretty middle of the pack to boot. While I loved my KO2s, and the are vastly superior to the originals in noise and even wear, I still wasnt happy with wet and snow traction on them.
My offroading needs are limited to dirt roads/ fire trails for biking/cabin access, so I'm not a hardcore needs traction user. My primary evaluations centers around(in this order): Weven wear/life, Wet/Snow Traction, road noise, price, offroad capability. Like everyone I also am considerate of the looks of the tire as well, but most have an aggressive look nowadays anyways.
Walmart currently has these on price roll-back for $156.90 a piece. My Falken Wildpeak AT3/W are probably the best AT tire I've ever owned and I've tried them all. Bought them when they were priced below the others but would buy again at any price.
I was wondering when someone was going to mention the ProComp series! Great tire at $279 per for 35x12.5x17. Same size for the Wild Peak is $317.https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/pro-comp-a-t-sport-tires/28896
60k mile warranty - I have had mine for a year and they are quiet, ride well, and are wearing well.
I just had them installed last week from 4wheelparts, along with pro comp 45 proxy wheels. Nice combo.https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/pro-comp-a-t-sport-tires/28896

Looks mean and simple. The way a truck should be.Just had the xlt put on my truck and so far I really like them. Really like the way the sidewall looks too. We will see how they do with time.

In my opinion, Ultraterrain belong right there with BFGs and Duratracs. Just a less aggressive looking than Duratracs. Good in snow and wet conditions. Well priced too.I keep hearing the GY UltraTerrains are a good compromise between noise, wear, and looks. One thing that hasn't been mentioned: load rating. Some of the tires recommended here are not the heavy load rating version (ie C, D or E load rating). The Falkens posted on sale at Walmart are "T rated"....not the heavy version. It would be good if everyone stated what load range tire they have, since that makes a HUGE difference in noise, durability, etc. We are talking about 4x4 tires here.
I'm specifically curious because I drive a Rebel, which comes with E rated (10 ply) stock, and the TPMS is set for that (and yes, I know I can change it with AlfaOBD).
Patagonia MT's in 315/70/17 are $215. I'm considering making that switch.I was wondering when someone was going to mention the ProComp series! Great tire at $279 per for 35x12.5x17. Same size for the Wild Peak is $317.
