We have a stretch of road here in Houston called the Westpark Tollway - some places, short of a small dog leg, you can see for two miles...so I was doing some R&D last Saturday and it seems that my RAM gets a little squirrely @ 112 mph...

My RAM has the air ride suspension, so at speed the suspension is in AERO...I have 305/45 R22 Yokohama Prada Spec X tires, and have upgraded the rear sway bar to the 3/4" Hellwig...

Is there anything else I can do to get my truck to handle any better?

Make it not a truck?

Just a quick calculation, that's 180kmph (so I can wrap my head around it) which is the equivalent wind speed of a really strong F1 tornado, hovering just below an F2 blasting right in your face.

You're driving a vehicle with the aerodynamic properties of an apartment building that is high off the ground.

My vote goes to the clay moulding for a lambo.

Lower it, upgrade suspension parts, ensure the alignment is perfect. I've topped mine at 275km/h (170mph) on a private road, of course I'm highly modded and have built it to handle at speed.

Chop it and add ground effects and you could probably get to 200mph with the same truck. You may need a spoiler for your trailer though. :)

I have done up to 120 mph and even taken a pretty tight and bumpy bend at 120 mph, the truck handled it surprisingly well (for those who haven't tried it, one of the most hair-racing things in a truck is to take a high speed bend and then hit some bumps).

Lower it with the best components, leave a little rake and hold on with both hands! ;)

I would say you want as stiff as possible

CC 4x4 @ 112 mph.

Forget "Squirelly", these Hemi's have balls to pull these barns on wheels at/to those speeds.

What about something similar to a strut tower brace - even though we do not have struts, and what about better shocks to go with my air ride...

Strut/tower brace is useless on the trucks since the upper spring pockets are welded directly to the frame and they are BEEFY mounts. You can upgrade shocks, the adjustable QA1s are the best option (Dave has them listed in his equipment picture I believe), but the air ride is what is really holding you back. A dynamic suspension will never handle as well at speed as a 'solid' suspension will because there's inherently less resistance in the suspension travel which is why they are more comfortable.

This is one of those cases where it's one or the other, I've sacrificed some comfort for the absolute 'feel' of the road but I have great results and love the way it drives... my wife doesn't agree so much.
