couple new things i put on this weekend, got bored so picked up a couple decals, the center one i am going to replace. 1 because i got in a hurry, centered it, but didn't arrange it perfect. and i want it bigger...but here are some pics, i'm sure y'all will like 'em!

yeah, i got mine off ebay.

but, as to the truck, hoping to get the money together for my double din stereo. last piece i need, but i'm getting it with everything so its costing me money. but, i think i just figured out something for my cab lights, gunna be about 60 before LED conversion, than i'll also probably do some other tweaks, Davy knows one of them...that one will happen during install, the others will be down the road. just finally picked the cab lights i am going with. so stay tuned, should be able to pull it all off this month...even though i have been saying that for a while stuff keeps coming up and stealing my money away from my projects....lol

ordering a couple new things, one of the major interior mods, a minor interior mod, couple other interior mods will be done at the same time, and an exterior mod will be taken care of. i know Cody knows what i'm doing, david, i think i mentioned what i'm planning on to you, but to everyone else, feel free to guess what i've got planned for the weekend after this one. (i''ll be at a family wedding in Minnesota this weekend, otherwise it would be this weekend) so, ya'll have some time to start guessing what coming up next on my to do list :********:

small mod taken care of today. BHAF. (big honkin air filter) i've been looking at cold airs since i got the truck, and since the previous owner thought it would be a good idea to just put a cheap air filter on the end of the turbo and call it good. i've hated it. So replacing it was on my list, and i finally figured out something that won't cost me a fortune, and got allow more air in. had to modify the stock box (which was pretty much screwed for any real re use.) so hold the filter off the fender so that it won't rub against my AC lines and use an intake hose i picked up from the junk yard, and an industrial filter i got from napa. nice little mod, and it definately opens up the filter to allow more in, while filtering out more particles...enjoy

couple things done this past weekend, got most of my audio in, box is built, new wires ran all thruout the truck. and boy is there a difference, ive got some final wiring i need to do for the amps, to get 'em set up perfect, but that will be done when i get my sub installed. also messed up my hand at work, so i will not be able to get as much done this weekend as i would like, i've got a couple things lined up....but here are some pics....

rofl david, no i don't trust the mirrors enough to ride in a ford. lol.

and yes, yes they are hertz, the sub will be a 10" JL audio...

and thanks Nick, yeah the hand does kinda suck, the doc gave me some weak hydros to deal with the pain but im finding out that the ones he gave me aren't doing a thing for the pain, so i'm just kinda dealing with the pain.

And in other news, i got pulled over yesterday, the cop wanted to compliment me on my truck. (and let me know there are a couple things other cops might give me fix it tickets for) but he did first see my truck and think thats a nice looking truck, or atleast thats what he told me. lol

always nice to get pulled over just so a cop can look at your truck lol. hell it happened to me a few agos i was going off base and the vehicle in front of me got picked for a random vehicle inspection and then they saw my truck and waved the other vehicle away and stopped me i was like really guys?

and your only doing one sub? what kinda amp you running?

the JL is like a 450w 4 channel i think off the top of my head, the other one for the sub is a jensen 200w that will be replaced in the near future. most likely with a 600w, for now the 200w will do to just get everything up and running. i got that amp for free, so i can't complain. lol.

let me slide on my lack of fender flares/mud flaps, missing front license plate, and ****** ebay rear lights where one is actually missing the cover...which is apparently illegal. (the thing literally fell off within a month or two of it being on the truck) Given they are all fix it tickets, which go away if you fix the issue, but the cop just gave me a warning and checked to make sure i wasn't running off road diesel in my truck. had a feeling this would happen at some point, for some reason people like to look at nice looking trucks. loll

got the sub installed, and saw a deal i didn't feel like passing up on a set of h2 rims with 35" BFGs. (yeah, i already have 35s, but mine are 16s, the new ones are 17s) $200 for the set of rims and tires, one tire is complete trash, another is runable, but gunna get replaced, the other two are almost new. So now i just need to buy 2 new tires, and than i can throw it onto my truck. lol. but here is what ya'll wanna see...
