2004 ram 1500 4x4 hemi, burning a decent amount of oil between cahnges. Approaching 90000 miles, and those are very hard miles, the truck has been everywhere from the sands of the mjoave desert to the giant snowstorm the northeast got 2 years ago. Considering a switch to synthetic. The truck still runs like a champ, has the "tick" but it no worse than normal. Just burning a quart or more between change, sometimes up to 2 quarts. Any suggestions?
