What's up everybody, I'm new to the forum and also a new ram owner so bear with me a bit. Long story short, I just picked up an 05 1500 with the 4.7 liter as I needed something to drive in the winter months. I'm thinking wheels and tires is something that I will hopefully be doing sooner rather than later, and I'm wondering if any of you can help me out a little with this. I'm not looking for anything crazy, just hopefully a little better look and stance so I'm think 33s but I'm unsure if they will fit on stock suspension without rubbing, or if I will need some sort of lift/level kit. Thanks

Does it have stock wheels and tires on it now? If I were you I would stick with the same spacing but move up to 18 or 20 inch rims and keep the width and height the same. It's just better to keep things close to stock as you can get for drivetrain health

I have 285 70 17s on my 04 ram 1500 4.7L with plenty of room left. I do have a 2inch level in the front though which really helps the stance and leveling the truck out.
