05 ram 4.7 high miles maintenance

I have an 05 Dodge ram 1500 4.7 magnum Rwd it's the base model ie no power windows or locks etc.. the truck has 226124 miles I just wanted to know what should I prepare for or what should be done to keep the truck running strong I use this truck to get back and forth to work and work out of town mostly and don't want to be stuck on the side of the road

Timing chains ever been replaced?

I haven't the slightest clue all I know is what I was told about it....so I'm just gonna go at it like nothing has ever been replaced. I dropped the transmission pan because it had bubbles in it and it still had the factory screw on filter (looks like oil filter) I've replaced tps sensor both cam/crankshaft sensors some new plugs bought a new belt tensioner just haven't put it on yet the truck looks like it was taken care of at some point but that some point passed and then I got it after it was abused a little bit ... I know it needs 1 wheel hub so ganna replaced them all along with inner/outer tie rods and other front end parts that look worn
